Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.
- Driving on E2E SCM process improvement, enhanced in-transit shipment visibility & reliability, system connection.
- Planning system and tool enhancement: ERP system enhancement and data linkage between CDT and CPM.
- Set up R.C.C.P(Rough-cut Capacity Planning) process with clear visibility by product mix & region.
- Demand/Supply waterfall tracking, Inventory study by product mix.
- Short term production fulfillment driving.
- Supply planning KPI management - dashboard/reporting design with standardized format automation and review process
- Process optimization and standardization
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor degree and above. Major in supply chain is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8+ years in supply chain with 6+ years in supply chain planning.
- Supply & capacity planning, Inventory management
- Global capacity planning, manufacturing operation, supply networking planning preferred.
- 8+ years supply chain with 6+ years in supply chain planning
- At least 6+years people management, in large manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong Planning skill and system know-how (ex. SAP), experience on leading SIOP & IBP
- Excellent analytic capability: including but not limited on Capacity/Inventory/Production planning
- End to End process experience
- Excellent at excel/PPT, English (read, writing, and speaking) and presentation skill
- Power BI and CPIM is a plus
- Problem solving skill
- People management experience
- Good analytic skill and strategic thinking
- Good communication skill
- Good at PPT and presenting
- Solid operational experience
- Good team player and leader
- Stick to data for decision making
