The Impact You'll Make
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for building up and leading an efficient supply Chain management team to keep overall material flow & information from vendor to customer moving smoothly , ensuring best delivery service to customer in lowest logistic cost.
As a gate-keeper of Supply Chain, coordinate with related supply chain functions in headquarters and customers for any logistics issue and projects.
Continue improvement on supply China performance and SAP functionalities.

What You’ll Be Doing
. Build up, coach and train up team of sufficient logistic & supply chain management knowledge and skill to ensure high delivery performance to customers.
. Set up and optimize Supply Chain procedure and workflow continuously to ensure overall material follow and information flow from vendor to customer smoothly and efficiently.
. Leading order fulfillment team to offer customer a good delivery service in promised lead time by coordinating with factory planner on delivery and right inventory set up in right codes.
. Create and monitor a qualified Sales operation plan, Purchase plan to make sure raw material availability for production with reasonable inventory level .
. Set up short-mid term production planning and create production order according to produciotn capacity, raw material availability to ensure on-time delivery in promised delivery lead time.
. leading warehouse department for inbond and outbond delivery in high working efficency and high accurcy .
. Coordinate with sales, production, Import &export, strategic purchase and Quality department for the any issues which negative affect a smooth in-bond and out-bond material flow.
. Be responsible for overall inventory control including raw material , semi-finished , Finished goods, GIT and and delivery performance toward customer (relaibility and avaibility) .
. Logistic project driver for productivity improvement and inventory control.
. SAP system set up and problem solving and functionality improvement.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 10+ years working experience in production and Supply Chain Management or related field in Multi-national manufacture company
- SAP experience is must
- Passionate about learning and continuously improve skills.
- Organized and process oriented.
- Professional and outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations especially, when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Good command of verbal and written English
