Mission:

Conduct short to long term corporate strategic planning and enable the growth execution;

Contribute to SHS China growth.Provide high quality, meaningful market intelligence and turn it into insights to support strategy and business decisions for gaining market share.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Intelligence

  • Conduct strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e. industry / policy trends, market dynamics, competitors' analysis, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields, etc.).
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence activities: Gather and synthesize data, lead high quality, meaningful and compelling analyses, develop findings and actionable, insightful recommendations, helping to turn data into knowledge and insights that lead to concrete decisions and actions.
  • Provide quarterly analysis on market size, market development and market share of Siemens Healthineers and key peers in multiple dimensions (e.g. by business line, product segment, sales area, customer type/segment); highlight gaps and deliver trending analysis for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making.
  • Support data-empowered Go-to-Market strategy & activities formulation: Utilize x-channel data analytics to derive insights & recommendation to support commercial excellence in China level and in regional level, by business area/business line level.
  • Manage relationship with external 3rd party consultancies
  • Lead bi-annual MBR/MTA market planning process across Business Areas/Business Lines
  • Closely interact with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify data analytics driven business opportunities and prepare in-depth market and competition analysis based on demand
  • Design, develop and implement digital dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Implement customer surveys

PMO for strategic projects

  • Support senior management team in the implementation of strategic projects in the new strategic phase @Scale, x-business operational guidelines and principles.
  • Keep a close communication share China market dynamics and trends with local and global leaders, as the industry expert in delivering lean market insights.
  • Coordinate the corporate strategy community and enable business strategic project owners to co-create business structure problem solving or co-identify emerging business growth initiatives, and generate implementation plans accordingly.
  • Pioneer in enterprise reform and transformations in adapted to local macro and industrial environment.
  • Act as trusted partner and conductor for strategic development.

Experience:

  • 7+ years professional experience in similar positions, preferably in the healthcare industry or in a healthcare marketing research firm

At least 3 years working experience in Marketing, Strategy or other related positions; consulting firm working experienceis a plus;希望候选人有firm医疗咨询公司经验,有医疗行业经验者优先, 具备分析能力,尤其是出色的数字敏感度,善于将数据/信息转化为战略洞察

  • Proven track record in analytics and in leading market and competitive intelligence
  • Strong self-starter, demonstrated high degree of independence, capable of leading and driving projects without supervision toward achieving results

Strong hands-on experience in using data visualization tools / dashboards like Tableau, Qlik and Power BI etc.


Education

Bachelor or above, major in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Medicine and healthcare related is preferred.英文能力优秀

MBA graduate is a plus.
