What the Strategic Consultant will do:
- Become the trusted advisor in customer journey from Day1.
- Drive overall customer satisfaction and ST product usage to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.
- Provide onboarding training and regular training of ST products.
- Provide in-depth market insight based on clients’ business pain point and ST market data, and educate the ROI of the use cases supported by ST data.
- Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, and handle the communication with internal product and engineering teams on product optimization & bug fix.
Experience the candidate can bring:
- Must be willing to work 2-3 days a week from our Beijing office
- 3 Years + relevant experience in a customer-facing role ( marketing/data analyst experience is a plus).Self-starting attitude, ability to work in a small team to collaborate and drive retention/growth and solve complex client challenges.
- Strong ability to build and leverage relationships and effectively within a complex customer organization, understanding the nuanced relationship and agenda between different business units.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work 2-3 days in office.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Native Mandarin Speaker and fluent in English.
