: N/APURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
PARTNER WITH DIFFERENT MARKETS AND GLOBAL TEAMS TO SECURE THE BEST AVAILABILITY FOR THE BUSINESS WITHIN THE GIVEN COST CONSTRAINTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONVERTING DEMAND INTO SUPPLY AND PROVIDING ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS TO MEET KPI AND SUPPORT CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned Market.
- Manage Product Supply activities and liaise with Market PSI (Product Supply Interface )/GBS (Global business support) to optimize availability, inventory and costs including Cross market support.
- Convert market demand to Purchase order according to order cut off drumbeat and pick up change requests to safeguard the PO until completion.
- Monitor factory MDP performance, assess the impact on market launch and take the actions to improve deliveries.
- Process owner: responsible for documentation and enhancement of a specific process. (performance, efficient) and initiate continuous involvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Support: implementation of a project/pilot for process harmonization, lead initiatives, make necessary study and drive changes.
- Coordinate and execute standardized PS(product supply) related task for cross multiple markets.

- Fluent in oral & written English/Japanese
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (advanced excel skills) and SAP knowledge
- Ability of using analytical tool and automation tool like power queries, Power BI is favorable
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain management or in areas of Business administration, logistics, planning, information systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, operations or planning function preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear Industries.
