Key Responsibilities:

Policy Implementation & Maintenance
- Assist in executing and maintaining the factory’s EHS policies, procedures, and systems to align with organizational and regulatory requirements.

EHS Training & Culture Promotion
- Organize or participate in EHS training programs to disseminate EHS knowledge and foster a zero-accident culture across the company.

Operational Support & Compliance
- Support operational and business needs while effectively communicating EHS standards, ensuring production activities comply with national/local EHS laws, regulations, and company policies.

Hazard Identification & Risk Management
- Identify environmental factors and occupational health and safety hazards within the factory and dormitory areas.
- Assess, eliminate, or control risks and collaborate with responsible departments to set EHS-related goals and drive continuous improvement.

Incident Management & Corrective Actions
- Handle internal and external safety incidents, lead accident investigations with relevant departments, and define systematic corrective and preventive actions.
- Report work-related injuries and track the implementation of corrective measures.

EHS Assessment for Chemicals, Processes & Equipment
- Guide EHS evaluations of chemicals, processes, and equipment, and develop appropriate control measures to ensure project compliance with EHS requirements.

Emergency Preparedness & Incident Investigation
- Oversee emergency response planning, conduct incident investigations, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Daily Safety Inspections & Improvement Recommendations
- Conduct daily inspections of safety conditions across departments, identify potential production safety hazards, propose management improvements, and ensure timely rectification by responsible parties.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors to support organizational EHS objectives.
Qualifications:

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of EHS experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Language Proficiency
- CET-4 or above with strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Preferred Skills/Certifications
- Familiarity with CSME (China Machinery Safety Engineering) and environmental engineering principles.
- Experience in occupational health supervision or certification as a Registered Safety Engineer is highly desirable.
