What are we looking for?

Bachelor and above degree
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing of FMCG or Dcom Retail platforms (channel/customer marketing, digital marketing, content marketing), 8Y plus.
Broad approach to drive conversion through multiple marketing domain (social/content marketing, promotion design, customer tailored plan, etc.).
Hands-on experience implementing channel strategy, drive for business result.
Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills in English
Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment, the capability of conflict management is must
Team development and engagement

What will be your key responsibilities?

Online channel strategy and annual business plan
Online Target setting, TE and A&CP investment plan, execution tracking and PR/PO/Contract/TPM notification process
Brand activation contact window, co-work with Nmkt and SPT sales team lock down full year activation calendar and perfect execution
Online by channel, Yee collection and Period sales landing management, by SKU FCST and quota management
Online instore assets(PDS/POSM) management
Online customer service, Offline to B/ to C nutrition training and education
