About the Role
As a member of Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Investment Finance, this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective finance operation process and procedures, and focusing on bank accounts, reconciliation, liquidity management, AR/AP, payment and reimbursement, expenses policies, necessary support to accounting and reporting, and tax management topics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage bank accounts and relationships with banks, and reconciliation.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity in bank accounts for operational needs.
- Operate funds transfer, settlement and placement of term deposits with banks.
- Manage AR/AP, payment, reimbursement, intercompany transactions, and reconciliation.
- Manage the invoices and other finance related documents.
- Raise and coordinate user request of finance related system.
- Support in expenses, accounting and reporting.
- Support tax related activities, incl. tax compliance, reporting, filing, etc.
- Support finance related regulatory reports according to the local regulators’ requirement.
- Support in drafting, updating and maintaining expense and purchasing related policies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 1st tier university degree in accounting / finance management or other related field, with at least 3~5 years of accounting role, with min 3 years of IAMC accounting working experience.
- Ability of problem shooting in system change request.
- Have a proven track record of excuting AR/AP, payment and reimbursement, bank accounts and reconciliation tasks, and supporting in tax related topics.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge and passion about science and technology.
- Strong analytical, financial planning skills and having a big picture, willingly to be business partner.
- Accountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent facilitation, quick learning, and self-starter.
- Great team player.
- Proficiency in written English in order to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
