Nantong Operation Finance Analyst
Summary:
The financial analyst supports the operations team of Nantong plant. This role supports preparation and analysis of manufacturing costs and financial performance, also drive process improvements
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible with operation finance daily and closing job, review process order with operation team, inventory reserve calculation, conversion cost analysis, PCA assessment etc.
- Provide plant financial result to finance manager and operation team, including, monthly plant walks and weekly and monthly forecast and analysis.
- Support regional operations finance manager by liaising with sites leadership to be accountable for plant performance and to drive profitability.
- Support regional operations finance manager by liaising with sites leadership to be accountable for plant performance and to drive profitability.
- Provide accounting guideline to operations team.
- Liaise with controllership to maintain accurate book and comply with company policy
- Work as Backup with GL accountant to complete cost estimation and fixed assets related.
- Support operation team to drive Variable Cost Productivity projects.
- Support engineering team to streamline CAPEX process to accelerate returns.
- Flexible to perform several ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Implement SOX program. Focus on the coordination and update of internal process documentation, performing required testing procedures, preparing internal control testing reports.
- Provides transparent, customer-centric service and drive process improvements & simplification;
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Costing/Accounting or related.
- Minimum 2-year finance/costing working experience.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- US GAAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong accounting/financial analysis abilities.
- Strong computer operation skills are essential.
- Fluency in English required.
