About the Role
负责分公司的客户经营分析和策略规划,依托线上和线下平台牵头客户经营活动,统筹孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发,同时搭建和推动分公司荣誉体系,并规划和落实营销推动方案
岗位职责:
1、绩优人员推动:基于寿险经营数据,深入分析营销员活动量管理、行为及特征,能根据营销员分层,制定精准的经营策略。可以有效赋能营销员基本拓客产品知识。
2、营销费用规划和管理: 管理全省费用,有效监控进度。
3、竞赛策划和执行:根据业务需求,策划制定业务方案。
4、跨部门合作与资源协调:与前线营业区部密切合作,确保重点项目的顺利推进与落地。
