- PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Identify, select and evaluate suppliers ( Direct & Indirect)
- Develop supplier’s product validation with quality and technical team in Europe and in China.
- Leading scoped commodity development and localization , set up local commodity sourcing strategy, closely work with central commodity manager.
- Send RFQ negotiate, finalize contracts to sign the Frame contract.
- Negotiate quotation, set up the business case and business award to finalize contracts, follow up order execution
- Work with SATEE internal team for SATEE Project needs.
- MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
- Project sourcing : Prepare RFQ and Cost comparison and FA based on PMFU of projects
- Prepare Business Award.
- Control and measure supplier Q,C,D performance, set up action plan if non-conformity.
- Contractual management according to requirements, contract signing on time , good documentation restoration and tracking.
- Input sourcing data in K3 on time
- Supplier relationship management , including regular visit and well communication with supplier, organizing QBR and business review with supplier.
- Support for supplier claim cases , early waning sharing internally if identified.
- Weekly report on time
- Support all audits including internal control, customer FAI, IRIS audit and make sure all activities in line with company process.
- Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- Cooperate with central commodity , follow with central sourcing strategy and adapt local sourcing plan accordingly.
- Other tasks assigned by sourcing managers
- Bachelor Degree is mandatory, Master Degree with Engineering background is desirable.
- Experience of 3 years sourcing activity, Knowledgeable of railway business and supplier is desirable.

- Language fluent in English and French is a plus.
