Your key responsibilities
- Establish an incident and injury-free working environment on Hohhot site, based on clear standards and policies, by stimulating safe behaviour and creating a learning organization.
- Ensure products are produced meeting customer requirements as well as applicable China and/or international food quality specifications.
- Deliver the operational results, such as production volumes and fixed cost spending as agreed in the annual budget.
- Develop and implement a manufacturing and site strategy to enable the business need, strengthen the local site position and expand the capabilities.
- Reduce operating costs, improve efficiencies and increase the norm capacities in the manufacturing process, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build a competent and engaged site organization and develop talents in line with the company values. Ensure site HR policies are applied correctly and aligned with the company.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all relevant authorities and the local community and represent the interests of the company.
- Ensure Hohhot site operations comply with all relevant rules and regulations and company requirements. Ensure an adequate emergency response plan is in place.
- Manage the operational and capital expenses and ensure transparent reporting that facilitates good decision making. Ensure a risk management process is in place with periodic checks on compliance with internal procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation of SHE/PSLC, security and quality systems at the site.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.

You bring
- At least bachelor degree in Chemical, food science or biotechnology engineering.
- Strong SHE knowledge and experience.
- Production management and strong food Quality management ,familiar with all Quality related code like GMP etc.
- More than 15 years in manufacturing, preferably in food ingredient experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in management.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication-skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
