Job Description
In your new role you will:
1.Supplier management, supplier selection/evaluation (potential analysis; audits) and quality development of new suppliers to ensure multiple sourcing and extended supplier capabilities that requirements are met to highest possible degree and to implement zero defect thinking.
2.Operations Plan with yearly goals (SCAR / FAR) and strategies to minimize negative quality impact to inform Infineon Management and sites about main areas of activities.
3.Owner of F1 material deviation handling activities to minimize potential impact to internal customers.
4.Project support Actively lead supplier improvement projects.
5.Organization of PPAP for new Materials.
6.Plan, initiate and perform regular supplier audit according to IATF/VDA6.3.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or material science.
2. At least 3 years semiconductor quality or engineering working experience.
3. Good knowledge at Quality System and tools like FMEA, SPC, FMEA, 8Detc.
4. Semiconductor backend or automotive industry experience is preferred.
5. Strong communication and driving skills.
6. Good analytic and problem solving skill, GB/BB is preferred.
7. Good English and Chinese both at oral and written.
8. Team player and work under pressure.
9. Experience in leading a small cross function team for continuous improvement/Problem solving
10. Flexible in business trip travel requirements.
