We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer Career Business. This role will be based in Chengdu, China. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role will be acting as team member to join project team of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities. Building strong client relationships and selling survey reports to clients are essential to the role. The incumbent will also support compensation or benefits related consulting projects.We will count on you to: · With guidance and direction from more experienced members of the team, provide support about survey projects on: - Conducting job matching- Collecting and verifying data from clients- Generating reports for clients- Other customer support as required· Establish connections with the clients’ HR specialists/supervisors to build up the channel of information exchange.· With guidance and directions from more experienced members of the team, explain survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients.
