What will I be doing?

At Hilton, you will experience how digital transformation really happens in a multi-national company that takes pride in human-centric technology.  As Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics, Power Platform, standing at the digital forefront, you will build industry leading knowledge in digital areas, work along with commercial and product experts to measure digital performance, build visualized analytics dashboard, and leverage self-implemented data to guide for business decisions.  You will also have the chance to engage with various business functional leaders to build power platform tools from zero to one to create business efficiency and bring long-lasting digital impacts.

Specifically, the Senior Analyst will:

·       Lead and drive digital transformation, automation, and data analytics to support APAC PMO, by taking advantage of existing and emerging capabilities, such as Microsoft Power Automate and BI, Copilot or other approved AI agents, Airtable platform, JIRA and Confluence, etc.

·       Create and maintain Dashboards, Reports, and Apps to support portfolio management, program outcome delivery metrics tracking and change management.

·       Work with function teams and operations to ensure project requirements and business outcome expectations are aligned. Make plans to ensure scope is clear, schedule is feasible, and resources are committed.

·       Proactively identify and manage risks and issues to mitigate the impact and keep the project on healthy track.

·       Provide recommendations and insights by performing Data Analysis for optimizing project efficiencies.

·       Communicate with team, stakeholders, and leadership to report project progress and highlight key issues to help the decision-making process objectives.

·       Manage project document and drive process optimization throughout the lifecycle.

A Senior Analyst, Technology Project Management Office  – Great China and Mongolia, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

·  Bachelor’s degree with Digital technology related background (example mathematics, statistics, computer science, information management, analytics, etc.)

·       Previous relevant work experience in a similar role, minimum 3 years working experience 

·       Good written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Experience with data visualization tools (from charts in Excel to Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

·       Good aesthetics in dashboards and apps design with focus on functions and experience

·       Understand or willing to learn new tools and technology in a technical environment

·       Logical thinker, digital savvy, attention to details, and self-motivated
