Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new OEM partnerships in China to enhance our distribution network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.
- Conduct market research to understand OEM needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with OEM requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Direct report to English/ German speaking CEO of the group
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in OEM or B2B environments, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working with leading automotive brands in the China market, such as BYD, GEELY, Tesla, Xpeng, and Xiaomi.
- Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market and charging solutions, particularly within China.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for sustainable technology and electric vehicles, aligned with the growing demand in the China market.
