Responsibilities:
  • List main responsibilities for this role.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably within the industrial or safety sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong background in key account management, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, preferably with experience overseeing regional managers.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a geographically diverse team to achieve set sales goals and objectives.
  • Strong change management skills, with experience in restructuring or transforming teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales objectives, and forecasting sales volume and profit.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, OPEX) to ensure alignment and drive overall business objectives.
  • Experience in executing Go-to-Market strategies, working closely with distribution and channel partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Mandarin, to work effectively within a global company.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance tools to track and manage results.
  • Over 10 years of experience and industry knowledge in safety, fire, or industrial product sales or marketing is an advantage..
  • Ability to perform and maintain high standards in diverse cultural settings and under pressure in an international company.
Extensive experience in distributor management.
