Sales Service Coordinator - Your Future Position?
As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division office in Guangzhou Huangpu site, you will report to the Business Manager and support the daily sales administration work as well as account supporting jobs. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.
In this exciting role you will:
- Arrange samples/quotation/ regulatory documents for customers.
- Handle customer projects successfully and timely.
- Manage the daily business correspondence in coordination with the account managers
- Others tasks assigned by the line manager.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing skill
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/sales admin
- Good sense of customer service, Excellent communication skills, Full passion
- Good at PowerPoint/ Excel etc. office software
