Job Description
负责天津公司的质量与食品安全工作。根据法律法规以及集团食品安全质量管理政策，建立完善的食品安全与质量管理体系，带领团队，确保食品安全体系的有效运行，保证产品满足质量与食品安全的合规性以及客户要求。与公司内外各相关部门做好沟通协调工作，保证工作有效开展和运行。
1、领导品控团队建立完善的食品安全与质量管理体系；
2、展开质量和食品安全风险评估和监控，推进控制措施的持续改进和完善，确保产品的质量与食品安全合规性以及符合客户要求；
3、建立和执行良好的实验室管理规范。确定产品执行标准/ /监控计划/实验室检测方法等；
4、与内外相关部门协调沟通，做好沟通的有效性和时效性，确保品控相关工作的执行和完成；
5、建立和培养拥有良好专业知识和经验，以及高度责任心的质量团队；
6、异常情况以及客户投诉的及时反馈，调查和处置。
Qualifications
本科及以上学历，食用油脂或食品相关专业；
10年及以上食用油脂行业,食品行业质量管理经验，其中2年及以上同等职位工作经验。食用油脂行业优先考虑；
具备良好法律法规和食品安全管理知识，熟悉食品安全管理体系，如FSSC22000,etc.
熟悉实验室GLP管理知识，具备实验室管理的能力，熟悉食品或油脂检验检测相关知识，国家标准/行业标准；
具备良好的组织协调能力、人际沟通能力及分析判断能力，能够做出正确决策且得到有效和及时执行。
