Reimagine What’s Possible
1. 带领现场团队完成各项公司部署业绩指标和KPI 目标
2. 带领现场操作员支持本站的调试工作，包括机械、电气、仪表的单机调试，完成相关操作
3. 参与本站的HZAOP、ORI、Punchlist、P&ID 等review，编制本站运行文件
4. 负责加氢站的日常操作及管理，包括氢气（气态氢/液态氢）加注系统、压缩机系统、储氢管系统、氢气卸气系统及辅助系统的操作。确保加氢站安全有效地运行。
5. 负责和督促操作员执行加氢站的日常巡检和记录；执行产品质量控制流程中所要求的工作及资料收集。
6. 在工艺工程师的支持下，负责氢气加注量和卸车量等相关结算方面的数据收集和填报。
7. 在工程师的指导下，处理常见的异常情况；协助运维工程师实施加氢站及附属设施的预防性维护（PM/MI tasks）；负责本站备件、维修计划的管理。
8. 及时记录并汇报影响到加氢站的安全、质量、可靠性、环境等的事件。
9. 督促和支持加氢站的各项证照的更新和培训证书的复审，确保在有效期内。
10. 主持本站安全会议，执行日常安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP, 安全培训等)，并撰写安全报告。
11. 与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。同时与客户、本地运营/运维团队、商业团队等紧密合作。
12. 负责和监督操作员培训课程和其他交叉培训课程等。学习并执行相关程序/安全标准。
13. 严格遵守并督促操作人员公司安全程序/安全标准。
14. 逐步提高英语水平，能阅读安全手册和操作手册。
15. 与客户及公司各个支持部门保持良好的沟通，密切合作。
16. 从操作技能、安全技能、团队协作等方面，管理和培训加氢站操作员，做好团队建设。促进员工和自身共同成长。
17. 完成上级安排的其他与岗位相关的其他事项。
