Job Duty & Responsibili ty:
工作职责 :
1.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
2.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.
3.Supervis e assembly & packing and ensure continuous production. Provide strong leadership for the operators, and to handle worker scheduling, overtime assignment, and employee job issues to match project delivery time.
Comments:
- Host weekly internal production meeting to review production status.
- Work out the weekly production plan for next w ee k according to the general production plan.
- Daily production status review and follow up.
4.A ssist to organize and develop department activities , m anage and coach the assembly & packing teams to continuously improve the quality including the process optimization. Commit employee feedback and developmental process.
5.Schedu l e production task and maintain in BAAN in cooperation with production plann ing superviso r/ planner/ c oordinator .
Comments:
Production capacity and load follow up .
6.S upport and coordinate to other department s to fulfill project requirements.
Comments:
On time finish follow-up for assembly according to production plan, coordinate with procurement & quality dept & warehouse
7.Responsible for tools (material used in workshop) management, organize facility maint enance and repairs for assembly &packing.
8.Productivity follow up and improvement .
Comments:
Standard working hrs follow up and improvement for each assembly process .
9.Maintain information in systems for optimum efficiency and compatibility with ISO9001 certification .
10.Training and development of assembly team and provide a positive and equitable working environment. Implement and enforce the occupational health and safety plan to eliminate any potential hazards in production and prevent work-related injuries.
11.Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
12.Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.
13.Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary ( e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.).
14.Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech products.
15.All other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
Job Requirement & Qualification:

1.F luent in Mandarin and English.
2.Bachelor's degree or above with mechanical background.
3.A t least five years of production team management. knowledge of equipment assembly will be a plus.
4.W illing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization.
5.W orking experience in the process of ERP will be a plus, has A uto CAD skill and a full complement of Microsoft software capability .
6.L ea n mindset & practical project leading experience will be a plus.
