Job Description:
Summary:
Product marketing assistant will assist the PME to finish some regular documentation work, like new part number creation, releasing new products, tracking the release status of corresponding products, manage all documents/procedures and website and keep them updated. This position requires the candidate has high carefulness and attentiveness.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the procedure, and manage all documents thoroughly and professionally, Maintain documents database理解流程要求, 完整并专业的管理相关文档, 维护文档资料库。
2. New part number creation and process “Part Number Request Form”. 创建新产品并且填写表单按照相关流程处理。
3. Track new product release status and work with PME (product marketing engineer) to make sure release package is done and launch new parts in time. 追踪新产品的发布状态，和PME一起确保完成新产品发布的相关资料以及准时发布新产品。
4. Help product line to update price book, update Product Selector Guide, presentation files and website in time. 协助所负责的产品线更新公司价格手册，更新产品选型手册, ppt文件以及产品在网站上的信息。
5. Work with related departments to solve customer issues/inquiries, like sample status, shortage issue, product information, etc. 与相关部门沟通解决客户端的问题或询问， 如样品状态, 发货问题, 产品信息等。
6. Work closely with the team on project schedule management 与团队紧密合作做好项目进度管理。
7. Other duties as assigned. 处理被分配到的其他任务。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majoring in English, Marketing, Science and technology, Business is preferred. 本科学历，英语、市场、理工或商务专业更佳；
2. Working carefully, strong sense of responsibility; 做事细心，有责任心，工作认真；
3. Prefer the personality of bright, sprightly, strong interpersonal communication skills, good team cooperation consciousness; 性格开朗，活泼，沟通能力强，良好的团队合作意识；
4. Good reading and written English; 良好的英语读写能力；
5. Familiar with operating all common office software, PPT, Excel, Word, etc. 能熟练操作各种常用办公软件，PPT，Excel，Word等。
