Address collaborative faults between power modules, low voltage breakers, and low voltage cabinets—such as breaker misoperation causing module shutdown or busbar design defects leading to module overload. Support high-reliability operation of data center power systems and fill the team's gap in handling terminal low-voltage distribution and module linkage faults.

1. - Independently analyze core fault mechanisms of low voltage breakers (e.g., trip unit misoperation, arc chamber aging, mechanical interlock failure) and cabinet defects (e.g., insufficient busbar current capacity, excessive temperature rise, inadequate IP54 protection).
2. - Diagnose and resolve collaborative logic issues between low voltage cabinets, breakers, and power modules (e.g., breaker trip signal response time in module protection, impact of cabinet grounding on module insulation resistance).
3. - Handle fault cases in large-scale data centers (1000+ racks), including issues like short delay setting errors in breakers causing frequent module overload protection and poor contact in cabinet drawer units causing output fluctuations.
4. - Understand special configurations in data center low voltage cabinets, such as dual busbar segmentation, interlocking control between tie breakers and modules, and switching logic with diesel generators.
5. - Guide external cabinet manufacturers in identifying process defects (e.g., poor cabinet welding, improper terminal crimping), and drive a reduction in repeated faults by over 30%.
6. - Communicate fault causes in layman's terms to non-electrical operations teams (e.g., explaining breaker trip curve mismatch with module load characteristics as overly sensitive car brakes causing engine shutdown).

• - Over 8 years of experience in design, testing, and fault handling of low voltage breakers (e.g., Schneider MTZ, ABB Tmax) and cabinets (GGD/GCK/GCS), familiar with models commonly used in data centers (e.g., 3P/4P breakers rated 630A–2500A for high short-circuit breaking capacity).
• - Proficient in diagnosing breaker and cabinet faults, including trip unit misoperation, arc chamber aging, mechanical interlock failure, insufficient busbar current capacity, excessive temperature rise, and inadequate IP protection.
• - Expertise in collaborative logic between low voltage cabinets, breakers, and power modules, including signal response timing and insulation resistance impacts.
• - Experience with fault handling in at least 5 large data centers (1000+ racks), with proven solutions to typical issues.
• - Familiarity with special configurations in data center low voltage cabinets, including dual busbar segmentation, interlocking control, and generator switching logic.
• Ability to guide external manufacturers in process improvement and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
