Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):
This position will work closely to support the manager & his team to perform routine assignments and provide administrative support.
Key Result Areas:
- To be responsible for extensive calendar management, requiring collaboration with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of meetings
- Preparation of agendas or other ongoing submissions. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely submissions
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed, Prepare expense reimbursement
- Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations & support with translation as needed
- Strictly following confidentiality policy. Fully comply with company’s policy on office presence rate.

Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in serving the senior management gained in MNCs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: Diploma holder or above
