Personal Assistant & Office Administration

Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position): 

This position will work closely to support the manager & his team to perform routine assignments and provide administrative support.

Key Result Areas:

• To be responsible for extensive calendar management, requiring collaboration with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of meetings 
• Preparation of agendas or other ongoing submissions. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely submissions
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed, Prepare expense reimbursement
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations & support with translation as needed
• Strictly following confidentiality policy. Fully comply with company’s policy on office presence rate.

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in serving the senior management gained in MNCs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Diploma holder or above
