PAMAT-Trade Regional Manager-Beijing/Tianjin

JOB PURPOSE:

• Achieve ]V sales target
• Ensure optimized stock level
• Ensure commercial strategy consistent implementation, hospital supply, and geographic expansion
• Enabled efficient process management in hospital bidding and provincial official pricing
• Ensure fast and effective communication between regional BU, PA, and commercial
• Support regional BU in term of hospital listing and coverage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Distributor management:

Pricing, inventory and coverage
Payment collection
Sales forcast and achievement In-market sales data collection

• Hospital listing/bidding -process management
• Collaborate and support KA and BU to achievement target
• Team stimulation & management
• Support and coordinate the implementation of the project

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum bachelor degree, major in foreign trade or medicine is preferred.
Experience & knowledge:

• At least 7-10 years experience in Sales/ commercial/bidding division of the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 4-5 years experience in commercial management of the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in distributing management in multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred
