What this job involves:

• Responsible for technical project drawing, maintain and amend BIM models and datasets to ensure the quality of the created model is suitable for construction work
• Monitor the overall BIM model work from different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP), proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop and implement 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM workflows to integrate time and cost data into the BIM model, enabling better project planning, control, and decision-making.
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors on BIM project implementation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related discipline
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in BIM Modelling, with practical experience in large-scale of building projects is preferable
• Holder of CIC Certificated BIM Coordinator (CIC) or Associate Member of Hong KongInstitute of Building Information Modelling (AHKIBIM)
• Familiar with Autodesk BIM Solutions (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks)
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, independent, and good interpersonal skills
