Position Summary
This position conducts measurements on metrology instruments, to ensure product specifications are achieved. Provides calibration support to the Quality department. Executes validation protocols per engineering requirements.
This position is based in our Shanghai Minhang office and reports directly to the Metrology Supervisor。
此岗位负责使用测量设备进行产品的测量，从而保证产品符合相应的标准。同时也负责支持质量相关的校验活动，以及按照各种验证方案实施相关的验证检测。
此岗位向计量主管汇报。
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and record results of inspections using various calibrated tools at specified stages of the production process to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
- 按照要求，在各生产环节使用相应的检测工具对产品进行检测和结果记录，从而保证产品质量的持续可靠。
- Read and interpret technical specifications and drawings to determine appropriate inspection methods.
- 阅读和理解产品的技术规格书和图纸，并按需求实施相应的检测方法。
- Ensuring that instrumentation and equipment that support the manufacture and testing of products are calibrated at specified intervals. This includes executing calibration protocols, performing calibrations, making adjustments, and troubleshooting/repairing manufacturing QA/QC equipment.
- 确保用于生产和检验的设备按照预定的间隔时间实施校验，包括校验方案的实施，调整，以及问题的解决。
- Work with cross functional teams to create and import inspection programs for various inspection equipment.
- 按需要配合进行检验设备的程序创建或导入。
- Preparing calibration documentation and updating the calibration database.
- 准备校验文档，维护校验台账。
- Other duties as may be assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
- Experience in using, calibrating equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pin gauges, ring gauges.
- 具有使用和校准测量工具的经验，如千分尺、游标卡尺、针规、环规等。
- Experience in using, calibrating equipment such as CMMs, surface roughness machines, and contour machines.
- 具有使用和校准测量设备的经验，如三坐标测量仪，表面粗糙度仪，轮廓仪等。
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings for machined parts.
- 具有阅读工程零件图纸的能力。
- Experience working in cGMP/ISO maintenance or calibration environment for a medical device manufacturer is strongly preferred.
- 有医疗器械工作经验更佳。
- Certified Calibration Technician preferred.
- 具有校验技能证书更佳。
