Lead the communication with PVM MKT, agencies and internal cross function departments, make sure the smooth cooperation with each party.
Control the timeline of media and IMC campaigns, make sure every campaign launch on time in full.
Provide young adults’ insight base on deep understanding of China digital media and social trend.
What you need do
Has good project management skill, ensure all media and IMC campaigns launches on time in full, track KPI delivery during and after campaign.
Keep update with marketing and media trends. Provide young adult POV to enhance communication campaign planning quality.
Update campaign database. Find out learnings from internal cross check and compared with external benchmark.
Work seamlessly with brand teams and external agencies.Manage media team budget, take lead of internal process, e.g. SC, legal and finance.
Take lead of media monthly report and competitive study.
Support line manager on media management biorhythm and other tasks.
Eager to learn and willing to share.
What we want you
Bachelor or above.
Familiar with different social platforms consumer behavior and digital trend, have media planning and execution experience esp. digital and social media would be better.
Excel/PPT.
Fluent in English.
