Mechanical Drafter

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and research of Energy Storage products, primarily focusing on mechanical and electrical structure design and development. Based on the initial design, refine 3D models and draw 2D engineering diagrams. Use tools and mechanical skills to build parts and assemblies for product prototypes
- Participate in the selection, design, and validation of critical mechanical structure components.
- Engage in the drafting of engineering drawings, output design BOM.
- Participate in the calculation and verification of mechanical structure parameters, performance testing of components and systems.
- Develop experimental plans, verify the feasibility of structure design, and continuously improve and optimize.
- Involve in the fabrication, assembly and testing of prototype machines.
Qualifications:
- High level vocational education or mechanical college degree and 7+ years of industrial experience, specializing in mechanical structure fabrication and design.
- Familiar with non-standard mechanical design, large equipment design, or process work; experience in energy or petrochemical industry process or design is preferred.
- Specialization in mechanical design, manufacturing etc.
- Proficient in using PTC Creo design and drawing software
- Familiar with the selection of commonly used standard components, such as bolts, standard steel materials, welding processes etc.
- Able to understand English technical documents and communicate in English.
