Role summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Manager basing in our Shenzhen or Shanghai office, to join our China team.

What you'll do
Experience with cross-border payments and ecommerce is preferred. The ideal candidate will need the following competencies to succeed.
- Scout for, Identify, and drive key ecosystem/channel partner relationships that create value for our ecosystem/channel while driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Create a scalable process to identify, drive new partnerships and formulate it into a strategic business plan
- Maintain and grow relationships with current partners by ensuring terms and deliverables are met with existing and new commercial cooperation
- Work closely with marketing, Legal, Sales and Technical/Products teams to create value based, multi-channel go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the ecosystem/channel partners management and scale the Partnership team to support the overall company growth strategy
- Mature and keen insight in the Chinese market, good at discovering and quickly judging market opportunities
Who you are
- Minimum of ten (10) years of business / partnership development experience
- Extensive experience in deal making, partnerships, managing relationships, and creating new opportunities
- Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders globally, including at the most senior levels
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong track record in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- A keen sense of ethics and integrity
- Chinese – Native; English - Professional
