- Build and develop a competent and effective E&D team, encourage innovation, IP creation and protection, evaluate and implement new technologies into product designs

3. Setup and develop lab/test capability to support new design and sustaining needs

To meet this role request, You Will Need: 任职要求
- Engineering degree or above on automation, mechanical design, material science
自动化、机械设计、材料科学专业工科或以上学历
2. 8+ years related sensor industry and team management experience is preferred

3.Project management experience is preferred

4.Excellent communication skills in both English and mandarin
