You will be responsible to plan and direct marketing of Roche Diagnostics' products and services.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Establishing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives: Researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. Conducting marketing survey on current and new product concepts, and providing feedback for future product development;
- Overseeing and evaluating market research and adjusting marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Ensuring effective control of marketing results, and taking corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. Monitoring competitive products and marketing activities;
- Evaluating and recommending distribution channel development programs. Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influences and key community and strategic partner. Developing and managing Key Opinion Leader for products for effective promotion of product lines. Regular key customers visit to understand their requirements and initiate project to maintain customer relationship and use as a marketing promotion material;
- Guiding preparation of marketing activity reports and presenting to executive management. Achieving satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. Developing and managing marketing operating budget. Recommending optimal pricing;
- Building marketing team by recruiting and coaching product specialists and product managers. Developing career and development plan for subordinates;
- Overseeing development and maintenance of customer database;
- Assisting in yearly budgeting and controlling department expense within budget.
Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in clinical laboratory, Pharmacology, Medicine or Pharmacy or Business Administration, MBA is preferred.
You should have:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application;
- Product & marketing expertise;
- About 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical MNC, at least 5 years' experience in product management.
