Job Description:
1.Responsible for Faucet and Lockset products manufacturing process which including identifying, investigating, evaluating, specifying, procuring, implementing and developing, familiar with plant/process layout, routing, assembly efficiency, Defect rate analysis, IE and Stamping process/Faucet leakage test experiences will be better. Workload: 30%
2.Lead the Automation projects, include team member set up, and ensure the Time/cost/quality under control. Workload: 20%
3.Communicate with cross function team and sister company colleagues to reach our committed process/products target. Develop manufacturing process; layout and can foresee potential risks to support new product introducing. Workload: 20%
4.Provide solutions to quality, efficiency issues; analyze the problems and improve it. Investigates new manufacturing equipment and tooling, support equipment engineers to “buy-off” new machine and improve equipment SMED and POKA-YOKE. Workload:20%
5.Work with Sourcing colleague to identify and develop new local raw material suppliers, push them to improve manufacturing processes and products stable ability. Workload:10%
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent.
2.Three years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably high volume and consumer oriented. Practical shop floor work experiences a plus. Perfect if has stamping process or faucet leakage test experience.
3.Good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Fluent English oral skill.
