What this job involves
Identify Potential Clients and Partners:
Responsible for finding potential clients through various means such as networking, cold calling, and advertising, to generate interest in the company's products or services.
Recognize and engage with possible partners to expand business areas or enhance market competitiveness.
Negotiate and Contract:
Conduct business negotiations with potential clients or partners to reach agreements on collaboration details and terms.
Be accountable for signing cooperation agreements and ensuring the fulfillment of contract clauses.
Develop Marketing Plans and Sales Strategies:
Create specific marketing plans based on project requirements or market demands, outlining sales targets and market positioning.
Devise and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
Maintain and Build Client Relationships:
Establish and sustain long-term collaborative relationships with existing clients, providing continuous support and services.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their changing needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Seek opportunities to deepen collaborations with clients, expanding business areas or adding product lines.
Conduct Market Analysis and Information Gathering:
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments, analyzing competitors' strategies and advantages.
Collect and organize customer feedback, market data, and other relevant information to inform the company's strategic decisions.
Coordinate and Manage Teams:
Coordinate internal team resources to ensure smooth project progression and completion.
Manage and guide subordinate employees, enhancing their business capabilities and work efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments or teams, as necessary, to achieve common goals.
Promote Products and Services:
Take charge of promoting the company's PM services, including creating promotional materials and organizing promotional activities.
Provide suggestions for improving PM services based on customer needs or market feedback.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
5-8 years in commercial real estate or engineering related BD/Sales working experience.
Deep understanding of the PDS industry, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Familiarity with sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
-- Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.
-- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and convincing manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable contracts.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
