Maintenance Supervisor

"Be responsible for BA/MSD/CCD/CB(SR), Part production area production equipment upgrade, management and maintenance,
Be responsible for all testing equipment (specially for ACB, PXR, SR tester which are from IES Americian )"
"1.lead team to do the troubleshooting work for onsite machine, ensure machine down time is well controlled in target.
2. Schedules and supervises preventative and repair maintenance orders for the equipment used by the division.
3. Leading machine improvement activities and actively participate in machine related RIE project, EHS project. 4. Cooperate to implement maintenance system such as TPM etc.
5. Provide training to maintenance team on their technical skills and help to maintain good record of maintenance document. 6.spare part's management and reduce maintenance costs. 7 .Responsible for evaluating the operation safety and protection safety of the equipment:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in electrical, automation, or mechanical related
5 years’ experiences in designing or maintaining PLC/PC based control systems and machine trouble shooting.

"1.Background in the design or maintenance of automated assembly equipment, low-voltage electrical test equipment. 2. Experience in contactors, circuit breakers, and vacuum welding furnace equipment is preferred.， 3.Familiar with TPM and machine guarding related principle. 4.Good command of PLC or HMI programming language. FX3U,S7 1200 or 1500 plc programing experience is preferred. 5.Experience with industrial networks including Profinet and Profibus-DP
6 Experience with labview or C#,SQL;"
