- 日常管理工作：
- AEO年度审核支持
- LEAN、SGA项目的每月、每季度支持协调
- 供应商KPI、QBR支持
- 海关政策和物流市场资讯的月度更新
- 协调药监局，为所有医疗项目审批的政府事务提供支持
- 维护政府事务工作平台
- 各项政府补贴、政府接待的支持；
- 配合主管leader做好trade compliance方面的管理工作，比如中国出口管控、最终用途证明等
- 账单及发票
- 日常FCCP系统发票审批(RMB1000以下部分)
- 日常账单及发票异常处理
- 成品外仓，SF账单及发票处理
- 账单及发票流程优化
- ROW月度账单及后续客户审结
- 物流询价及合同，为项目提供日常支持
- 国际运输询价，包含新线路，危险品，设备及特殊尺寸等货物运输
- 国内报关及运输业务询价
- 国内/国际物流供应商招标和合同续签
- 新项目物流成本报价和解决方案
- 熟悉国际国内物流市场动态，提供解决方案，并及时并持续货运报价跟踪和分析
- 物流费用分析，方案制定
- e-PFA费用预估及后续追踪与审结
- 异常货运成本分析及追踪，如疫情、旺季附加费和违规成本
- 月度运费成本报告分析及制定
- 年度运费平衡表分析及调整
- 年度运费目标报告分析及制定
- 运费成本优化制定及费用追踪
- 日常进出口路线优化
- 其他货运相关的报告
- 系统维护及建设协调
- FCCP运费和发票模块持续优化
- FCCP综合报告模块设置及优化
- 关务系统中费用模块建立及优化
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 本科学历，物流管理、供应链管理或商务管理等相关专业
- 2年以上物流岗位工作经验
- 有物流成本控制经验者优先
- 熟悉数据分析
- 良好的协调沟通能力，
- 英语CET-6以上，听说读写流利
- 熟练PPT制作，熟练使用EXCEL、PYTHON等操作工具并具有一定的present技巧
