Lean Agile Coach (near Tianjin, China)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and coaching sessions across all levels of the organization.
• Apply and align to the customer’s existing Lean framework, tools, and methodologies.
• Highly adaptable to the client’s Lean principles.
• Support the implementation of standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, and other core Lean practices.
• Monitor, measure, and report on process performance improvements.
• Coach and mentor teams to sustain Lean thinking and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lean/Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies and other agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating training and coaching sessions.
• Ability to work effectively at both the shop floor and strategic levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is highly desirable, but not required.
