We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an international kindergarten based in Nantong. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.
Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering instruction to learners aged 3-6 while creating a high-quality English learning environment and maintaining an organized classroom
- Take full responsibility for the quality of student English language learning
- Working hand in hand with our co-workers inside and outside of the classrooms
- Communicating with parents and teachers
- Participating in Teaching department meetings, ongoing professional development workshops, and curriculum planning
- Supporting as needed in preparation of events (sports, arts, celebrations, etc)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, in early years education preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of English-language learning and teaching
- TEFL certificate and authentication or reference letter for two-years teaching experience
- Passion for children's education

- Monthly salary of 20,000 to 22,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
