What You’ll Be Doing
- IT technical support and advisory：Provide IT support, advisory and consultancy to the Danfoss Group
- Installation & Configuration：Install and configure IT hardware and software
- Manage IT tickets：Answer phone calls, register, monitor queues and resolve IT-related tasks
- Analyzing Business needs：Analyze business needs and take necessary actions
- Documentation and IT advisory：Create or request knowledge and other documentation useful for IT Services
- Collaboration & Escalation：Collaborate and escalate across the Danfoss Group Digital & IT organization
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.
- Ability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Mature communication skills both verbal and written in English.
