• The talent with strong & rich sales experience to lead ice cream route-to-market strategy, plan and execution

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead long term and short term RTM strategy and plan including distributor network, trade incentive, team structure and cost to serve.
• Work closely with ice cream field sales team to ensure the plan is executionable and evolve based on learning.
• Work closely with MW sales team to explore the synergy.
