What a typical day looks like:
- 培训体系搭建
根据公司全球战略，设计并实施高管层（Senior Leadership）及高潜人才（HiPos）的定制化发展项目（如全球领导力项目、继任者计划等）。
将业务战略转化为领导力行为标准，设计针对性干预措施（如教练辅导、行动学习等）。
- 培训项目实施
组织并实施各类培训项目（如内训、外训、在线学习、工作坊等），监督培训过程并评估效果。
协调内外部讲师资源，开发或优化培训教材、工具及方法论。
- 培训需求分析
定期调研员工及业务部门培训需求，分析绩效差距，针对性设计解决方案。
通过考核、反馈、业务数据等评估培训效果，持续优化培训计划。
- 培训资源管理
管理培训预算，合理控制成本，筛选外部培训机构或合作资源。
维护内部讲师团队，建立讲师激励机制（如认证、奖励等）。
- 文化建设与创新
推动学习型组织文化，推广数字化学习平台（如LMS系统）或创新学习形式（如微课、沙盘模拟等）。
协助人力资源部门进行人才发展项目（如高潜员工培养、领导力发展等）。
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上培训相关经验，其中至少2年管理层培训管理经验，熟悉培训全流程，有大型企业培训体系搭建或领导力发展项目经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握培训方法论及工具。
- 具备课程开发能力或授课经验，能独立完成高质量培训材料。
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动项目落地。
- 逻辑清晰，具备数据分析和报告撰写能力。
