F&A - Associate Accountant

负责日常经营中成本相关的部分业务，包括日常标准成本、转移定价设定和SAP系统维护，与关联方成本会计进行日常沟通。负责月度成本结账，完成成本分析报告。负责新项目的成本核算，协助季度预测和年度预算。

1. Fully in charge of daily costing activities including standard and transfer price calculation and SAP maintenance, daily communication with intercompany cost accountant, month end close, monthly costing analysis report. In charge of new initiative project study and support quarterly forecast and annual budget.

1. Assist to follow up non-financial activities based on business needs, like employee reimbursement, authorization management for gate pass of company assets, safe and key documents keeper.

基于业务需求，协助跟进部分非财务相关的任务，例如员工报销、出门条授权管理、保险柜及重要文件管理。 

1. Support specific audits like Property Gain/Loss Assessment, Annual External Audit and internal audit from Global Ops and BH etc.

支持企业各种审计工作，如财产损失评估，年度审计以及集团总部和BH集团的内部审计等。

1. Build up personal capability and train up backup and assistant.

自我能力建设，培训后备力量和财务助理相关能力。

1. Fully assist to DCL financial team for daily routine activities. Prepare for position rotation within the finance team.

负责协助金霸王财务团队跟进日常财务相关的工作，满足财务部内部轮岗需求。

1. Ad hoc arrangement from managers.

完成上级安排的其他任务。

1. Bachelor’s degree of finance or accounting related, and at least 3 years of costing working experiences, foreign manufacturing industry preferred.

财务或会计相关本科学历，成本工作经验3年，外资制造业相关经验更佳。

1. Good communication skills and be able to work with multi-nation or functional teams.

良好的沟通能力以及能与跨国团队共事。

1. Independent capability to lead project or be key person to support from finance SPOV.

独立开展项目的能力，或者以财务角度提供关键协助。

1. Fluent English skills, both written and speaking.

流利的英语能力，包括书面和口语。

1. Open-minded, good common sense, proactive attitude, team working spirit, willing to learn and problem-solving ability.
