About the role

As a General Accountant at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our general accounting activities are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Your responsibilities will include:

-    Prepare payroll, accrual, amortization, adjustment etc. journals. 
-    Journal voucher review and posting, make sure monthly/annual closing correctly and smoothly
-    Reconcile the general ledger with subsidiary ledgers regularly to ensure consistency between accounts, covering accounts such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and fixed assets
-    Fixed Assets accounting and management, physical taking
-    Monthly/yearly closing and group reporting.
-    Monthly balance sheet reconciliation. 
-    Monthly cash flow report
-    Monthly government report and statistics report per requirement
-    Prepare and support transfer pricing. 
-    Coordinate with internal & external auditing. 
-    Corporate income tax tracking and annual filing. 
-    Accounting and reporting SOP development and updating
-    Review and verify AR & AP vouchers
-    Others assigned by manager

About you

You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Financial Management majors. With at least 7 years of experience in financial work, including 2+ years in general ledger accounting, you are self —driven in problem —solving and possess a good teamwork mindset. Your experience in financial accounting work within a multinational company is highly preferred. With a solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP. Your proficiency in ERP financial processes and workflow, along with advanced skills in software such as SAP, ORACLE, M3, and Excel functions like PivotTables and VLOOKUP, makes you a valuable asset. Your ability to work under pressure and your good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking will help you thrive in this role.
