eCommerce Operations Manager
Overview
Lead and grow Crocs’ e-commerce business in China (with platforms like JD.com and RED/Xiaohongshu) by driving operations excellence, campaign execution, and platform management—ensuring both strong financial performance and a premium consumer experience.
What You'll Do
1. E-commerce Operations:
Lead daily operations and long-term planning for online sales
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, and external vendors (TP, JD, RED, logistics)
Deliver topline revenue and P&L health
Drive innovation in operational processes
Manage vendors and lead cross-functional projects
2. Platform Management:
Maintain strong relationships with JD & RED
Oversee product launches, promotions, digital campaigns, and shopping festivals
Ensure efficient order fulfillment and consumer satisfaction
3. KPI:
Revenue & growth vs. plan
Profitability vs. plan
Conversion rate, UPT, ASP, platform rating
User experience & fulfillment efficiency
4. Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Country leadership, merchandising, finance, retail, marketing
External: JD.com, RED, TPs, fulfillment partners
What You'll Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Experience:
6+ years in e-commerce
3+ years in team management
Must have hands-on experience with JD.com
Experience with RED or Tmall is a plus
Skills:
Strong digital ops and campaign planning background
Cross-functional leadership
Vendor and platform relationship management
Knowledge of CRM, CS, logistics, and digital marketing (paid, content, SM
