The role is accountable for all trade marketing investments and activities. The role is expected to :
1) Deliver end-to-end activation plans, track execution, and continue optimizing.
2) Build channel-differentiated product portfolios and price strategies.
3) Have sharp business sense to provide accurate roiling forecast and demand forecast.
Provide solid channel and market insights to drive business.
What we will do
1. Develop trade marketing plans, promotions, and price guidance in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
2. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
3. Own and track the delivery of EC P&L. Make sure TS reimbursement follows company compliance on time.
4. Work closely with key stakeholders to refine channel value chain.
5. Develop differentiated portfolio and commercial strategies to deliver the sales for each EC platforms. Ensure the strategy is perfectly executed.
6. Provide monthly demand forecast and improve forecast accuracy. Monitor DTs’ stock level to ensure a healthy and consistent growth.
7. Provide monthly sales tracking and regular rolling forecast with valuable insights.
8. Analyze internal data, market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inspiring insights for growth and innovation.
9. Identify and align the key measurements for DTC business and develop EC dashboard.
10. Support EKAM with DT management.
11. Team admin: OVH management, conference/activity arrangement, etc.
12. Other duties as assigned.

5-8 years of working experience in E-Trade Marketing
Bachelor degree or above
