Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies in China that align with the company's overall business goals. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- 2. Business Operations: Oversee all e-commerce operations in China, including company owned and indirect e-stores management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment. Ensure smooth and efficient processes from order placement to delivery.
- 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through various marketing initiatives, partnerships, and product launches. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
- 4. Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience through optimized e-stores, improved customer service, and personalized services. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- 5. Team Management: Lead and manage China EC team. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to ensure team performance
- 6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with company-wide objectives.
- 7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in China. Identify and manage potential risks that could impact the e-commerce business.
Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 2. Significant experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on China. Minimal 3 year’s experience in a leadership role managing a team is required.
- 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
- 5. Knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in China.
- 6. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential, as well as proficiency in English for international communication
