• 深入理解DCS软件的系统结构以及基本功能模块，构架组成 （包括人机界面，控制逻辑、控制器、通信网络、操作站等）。具备系统软硬件配置，编程组态的能力。
• 具备设计DCS系统构架的能力，能够进行功能划分，接口规划以及定义数据流向，确保系统构架的合理和可扩展。
• 了解软件构架模式（如面向服务构架，微服务构架等）在DCS系统中的应用。能够将这些构架与DCS系统的实际需求相结合。
• 熟悉关系型数据库和实时数据库，能设计合理的数据存储结构， 并掌握数据库优化技术，包括索引优化，存储过程优化和查询优化等。
• 具备软件开发技术能力，熟悉至少一种主流DCS系统软件平台，掌握C/C++，Java，Python等编程语言中的一种或多种。
• 熟悉DCS相关的 IEC、ISA、GB 标准，能够将软件设计要求转化为符合标准的功能设计规范书和技术规格书，具备相关的文档输出能力。
• 对控制系统面临的安全威胁和防护措施有一定了解，具备一定的网络安全策略和安全防护方案者优先。
• 对机器学习，深度学习有一定了解，熟悉相关算法和模型，具备良好的数据分析能力者优先。

As a DCS System Architecture Product Owner, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of DCS System and related products, ensuring that the products are aligned with customer requirements and industry standards from conceptual design to deployment and subsequent optimization. Drive the R&D team to efficiently deliver solutions for related products, including PCS 7, PCS neo related, etc., to the local Chinese market.

You'll make an impact by

• Through business development channels and other effective ways, consider the actual needs of the market, analyze market competitors, and quickly define or adjust product development strategies.
• Product planning and design, define long-term development and short-term iterative plans, clarify the key elements of the product such as functional modules, performance indicators, and integration solutions. And ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company's business objectives and strategy.
• Work with HQ business line teams and local business owners to define/refine product functionality and provide the most appropriate solution for the customer while meeting cost-effectiveness requirements. Be able to make decisions on software architecture, communication protocols, data storage and processing.
• Responsible for cross-business unit coordination, developing project schedule and milestone, monitoring project execution, resolving project issues and risks in time. Driving on-time delivery of team-assigned incremental programs.
• Define acceptance criteria and test plans, work close with R&D team and system test team to complete all aspects of system functionality realization and testing, performance and security testing etc., And discuss features and concepts with the end users/customers to improve our products based on the feedback.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, Automation, Control Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA system design, product management or product leader, familiar with application scenarios and technical requirements in industrial field. Successful experience in leading or participating in large-scale DCS design and development is preferred.
• Familiar with the process automation control system working principle and architecture system and have deep understanding and practical experience of the mainstream brands and products in the field of industrial automation.
• Deep understanding of DCS software’s system structure and functional modules, framework composition (including HMI, Control logic, CPU, communication networks, operating stations, etc.). Ability to do the system configuration of HW and SW
• Ability to design the DCS system architecture, to divide functionality, to plan the interfaces and to define the data flow, to ensure that the system architecture is reasonable and scalable.
• Understanding of software architecture (e.g., SOA, Microservice Architecture, etc.) in DCS systems. Ability to integrate these architectures with the actual requirements of DCS systems.
• Knowledge of Relational and Real-time databases and the ability to design appropriate data storage structures. Knowledge of database optimization techniques, including indexing, stored procedure optimization, and query optimization.
• Technical skills in software development, familiar with at least one mainstream DCS software platform, and master one/more programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc.
• Familiar with DCS related IEC, ISA, GB standards, able to convert software requirements into standardized functional design specifications and technical specifications, with relevant document output capability.
• Understanding of the security threats and protection measures faced by the control system, with certain network security strategy and security protection program is preferred.
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, familiar with related algorithms and models, have good data analysis ability is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Expert oral and written English, ability to use spoken English as a working language, and English documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently as needed to support business success efforts.
