Country Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Country Marketing Executive to join our team at Ensign, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider. In this role, you will be responsible for executing localized marketing initiatives, driving lead generation, and supporting sales development activities across the region. You will play a critical role in adapting global strategies to local markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns & Promotion
- Plan and execute local campaigns and events (digital, print, in-person)
- Develop localized promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, presentations)
- Support awareness and positioning of new services, launches, and enhancements
- Market Research and Insights
- Monitor local trends, market activities, and regulatory changes
- Provide actionable insights to support strategy and market positioning
- Collaboration & Events
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Sales to align initiatives
- Share insights and progress with the Regional Marketing team
- Support trade shows, networking events, and partnership opportunities
- Lead Generation & Research
- Conduct initial lead qualification and nurturing for sales readiness
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion, and provide feedback to Sales
- Content Localization
- Adapt regional materials for local markets (translation, tone, visuals)
- Ensure cultural relevance and market alignment across all content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, lead generation, and sales enablement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to support regional market engagement
