Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of customer-facing experience, managing customer development programs.
- Experience managing customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
- Experience with digital development using cloud technologies and managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, and services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in management, technical or engineering field. Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, conflict resolution and program management skills.
- Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments/roadmaps.
- Experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes.
- Experience working with or leading digital native organizations in a technical domain with experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of technology solutions, with the ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to deliver results, work cross-functionally, engage/influence audiences, and identify expansion engagements.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Google Cloud at organizations and build/maintain relationships with Architects and C-level stakeholders to understand customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Partner with customers, account teams, partners and executives to drive success by identifying customer priorities and technical objections, and design strategies to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
- Manage the portfolio of initiatives and projects across all business stages to ensure success completion exceeding customer and internal stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with our global team product engineering and support organization to determine product roadmap and quickly resolve customer challenges.
